Our stringent operational control standards exceed FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulatory requirements. Elevate Jet’s safety standards are set with Part 121 requirements. OUR SAFETY CERTIFICATIONSARGUS Platinum Rating -- The Platinum Rating is the highest level rating in the ARGUS audit standard. Only those air charter operators who have demonstrated successful implementation of industry best safety practices regarding their operations and maintenance receive this reward. International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 1 Certificate -- IS-BAO is specifically designed for business aviation and accepted worldwide as the benchmark for safety and efficiency in aircraft operations. This certification was built for operators, by operators and based its standards on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS).Wyvern Wingman Certification -- Wingman is Wyvern’s highest rating and is one of the most reputable and recognized standards in the aviation industry. Wyvern’s comprehensive audit and certification program provides a focused pathway for organizations to follow around safety risk management, compliance with national regulations, international standards and industry best practices.11

Our pilots’ flight hours far exceed the FAA minimum requirement. With safety always at the forefront of everything we do, we will define and hire the most experienced crew members to effectively operate your aircraft.Elevate Jet is diligent in the selection process of dedicated pilots. Our pilots go through a rigorous pre-employment screening and onboarding process. All candidates are thoroughly vetted against rigorous standards including aeronautical history, professional references, medical and drug screening, criminal and credit checks. Every candidate is interviewed by Elevate Jet’s Chief Pilot and Director of Operations. When this screening is concluded, eligible candidates are then introduced to aircraft owners for interviewing. Upon the approval of the aircraft owner, an offer of employment will be extended to eligible candidates. CREW HIRING & TRAINING
15Every Elevate Jet pilot is required to exceed the training standards set forth by the FAA. Elevate Jet requires a minimum of 1,500 flight hours for first officers and 3,000 flight hours for captains. Every pilot must hold an Airline Transport Pilot and First Class Medical certificate. Additionally, all pilots receive Advanced Simulator Training twice per year at the industry leaders Flight Safety and CAE.Elevate Jet’s Management Team places a priority on this vigorous approach to safety and service through consistent training using programs tailored to their needs by industry training providers with FlightSafety and CAE.THE NEXT STAGES INCLUDE:• Onboarding, orientation and general operations training• Aircrew Crew Orientation (IACO) • Crew Resource Management Training • FAA approved Emergency Procedures Training • TSA Security Training • International Procedures Training
Always keeping safety, quality and our fiscal responsibility to you in mind, Elevate Jet provides complete and ongoing airworthiness and technical services solutions to ensure your aircraft is maintained in accordance with all relevant manufacturer and regulatory programs. Our Maintenance Oversight Team will work side-by-side with your maintenance technician to monitor and manage every detail, such as scheduled and unscheduled repair, inspection, and refurbishment oversight. 19Elevate Jet’s Chief Inspector’s mission is keeping the company’s air transportation system and aircraft safe. The Chief Inspector is responsible for the safety of everyone who boards a company aircraft. They are also responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring an inspection program which ensures that all fleet aircraft are maintained in conformity with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and manufacturers’ specifications. The Chief Inspector’s duties and responsibilities are directly related to the safe operation of Elevate Jet’s fleet of aircraft and are aligned with FAA requirements in order to maintain the FAA operators’ certificates held by Elevate Jet. The Chief Inspector also ensures that critical aviation safety standards, policies and programs are adhered to by all maintenance personnel and that quality control and production are aligned in all aspects. Having a mechanical aptitude and background, the Chief Inspector diagnoses and resolves complex problems. Often working directly with the FAA, the Chief Inspector can mandate changes to the company’s maintenance program, schedules, and processes, as well as, suggest repairs as needed. The Chief Inspector examines all the components that can affect an individual flight to ensure the safety of its crew and passengers, whether it is the aircraft owner, their family, friends, employees or a private charter.The Chief Inspector oversees and audits all of Elevate Jet’s maintenance activities ensuring and documenting compliance with all company, FAA, and manufacturer specifications. The Chief Inspector also serves as the lead for providing excellent service and support to our customers ensuring that their aircraft is properly maintained and meets the highest safety standards.CHIEF INSPECTOR
