We will customize information sharing through daily, weekly and monthly reporting that provides insight into what matters most to you, including briefs on all expenses involving your asset, from operation to taxation. Aircraft are capital-intensive assets, so Elevate Jet relies on its clients to provide the liquidity to operate and maintain the aircraft to the required standards. These funds are placed into a separate account where both Operator and Owner share access. Elevate Jet never commingles your funds with its own and takes our commitment to fiduciary responsibility very seriously.
29The Operating Expense Deposit (OED) is a cash deposit provided by the client in advance to cover the expenses for approximately the first two months of the aircraft’s operations and one month of fixed costs. The calculation is based on aircraft type, expected tempo of operations and other factors.Elevate Jet records the fund’s amount under the client’s name as a liability to the client.This account is audited by Internal Audit at least once each quarter to ensure internal compliance.Treasury reviews account balances monthly and maintain cash balances to cover every deposit owed.The Fixed and Variable invoices do not get “applied” to the OED. Once the OED is received, it is booked to a customer deposit account and remains there until the end of the agreement. Elevate Jet and the customer go through a final account review and return any unused funds or invoice additional expense if necessary.OPERATING DEPOSIT

Our pilots go through a rigorous pre-employment screening and onboarding process. All candidates are thoroughly vetted against rigorous standards, including aeronautical history, professional references, medical and drug screening, criminal and credit checks. Elevate Jet’s Chief Pilot and Director of Operations interviews every candidate. After this screening, eligible candidates are then introduced to aircraft owners for interviewing. 43Every Elevate Jet pilot is required to exceed the training standards set forth by the FAA. Elevate Jet requires a minimum of 1,500 flight hours for first officers and 3,000 flight hours for captains. Every pilot must hold an Airline Transport Pilot and First Class Medical certificate.
